How long does customization and delivery take?

All DearPaw products are made to order.
Customization usually takes up to 15 business days, including design confirmation and production. Once completed, orders are shipped within Australia, and delivery times may vary depending on your location.

Will I receive a design preview before production?

Yes. For all personalized items, we will send adesign preview or sketch via emailbefore production begins.

What is your return or refund policy for custom items?

As all items arecustom-made, we are unable to accept returns or refunds for change-of-mind purchases.
